Wagertool® plans are paid monthly, yearly. To cancel the Wagertool subscription, simply cancel the automatic payment authorization in your payment method.

When you purchase the Wagertool license in the store, you will initiate a subscription in order to automatically renew the license upon its expiration date. The purpose of this automatic renewal feature is that active users never ran into a wagertool expired license. You can cancel your subscription (recurring payments) at any time, and this does not affect the expiration date of your current Wagertool license.

When you buy a new license, the expiration date of your current license gets updated (increasing the number of days you just bought). You do not lose any current active days, neither from any current paid license period neither from you’re your trial period.

No. Wagertool® is a fully-managed software. We do not have plans to make a web service version as the complexity of this software requires more stability than the provided by web browsers.

Wagertool® is tightly integrated with Betfair. Manage your funds directly on Betfair website, depositing or withdrawing using the available payment methods. More information at www.betfair.com .

Simply download Wagertool® and login with your Betfair credentials. On the first login you will be asked and email address to register on Wagertool® and activate your 15 days trial.

Cancelling Wagertool® is an easy and no-questions-asked process. Simply do not pay the license renewal.

We do not refund paid licenses because all customers are required to use the free trial version for 15 days before they are able to purchase any license in the store.
The free trial version is the same as the paid version and is available for all platforms, so we consider that the customer tested the software on his equipment(s) and that it worked well before deciding to buy the license.

If you bought the Wagertool® license via Neteller, and you want to cancel the automatic renewal (the recurring payment) just go to this link and follow instructions. It will not cancel your current license, it will only stop the automatic renewal.

If you bought the Wagertool® license via Paypal, and you want to cancel the automatic renewal (the recurring payment) just go to your account in Paypal.com and navigate “Settings > Payments > Manage pre-approved payments”, then enter and cancel the authorization for the merchant “KeepItSoft Programação Lda”. This will only cancel the auto-renewal, not your current Wagertool® license.

Yes, at any renewal you can choose the length that suits you best.

The PDF invoice is automatically sent to your email address after your payment is validated. The email address is the one you submitted when you registered Wagertool® (first time login in the software). If you need a duplicate of the invoice, ask us in the Contact page.

No, it is not possible to change the Betfair account where the wagertool® license is credited, regardless of the subscription plan you have. Wagertool® licenses are not transferable.

SOLUTION: In some windows versions the installer is sending to the download page of the .NET Framework 4.5, while it should be sending to the download page of .NET Framework 4.7.2. Follow this LINK to download the Web installer for the Runtime version and after that is installed, run again the Wagertool® setup.

SOLUTION: wagertool^® uses the modern Windows Presentation Foundation graphical platform that requires a medium/high power graphic card in your computer. To have a more responsive performance in a slower computer, reduce the number of open windows (markets) and reduce the number of open ladders (selections).

SOLUTION: If the internet connection is slow, or intermittent, the Wagertool® simply cannot connect to Betfair or other service providers (live scores), therefore the logger will return errors each time a connection fails. Try to use a different internet connection, or a different connection method (use LAN instead of Wireless), to check if the errors disappear.

SOLUTION: Sometimes, after an update there are settings features changed that can conflict with some saved settings of a previews version. To solve this: 1^st uninstall the software from control panel; 2^nd remove the settings folder in C:Users*your_username*AppDataLocalKeepItSoft ; 3^rd install the new version.
